GORILLA GRIP 12 DAYS OF GIFTING (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hills Point Industries, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and affiliated entities, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: Entries will be accepted starting on or about December 3, 2024, and ending at 11:59 PM EST on December 14, 2024 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by December 14, 2024, 11:59 PM EST. Enter via Instagram or alternate method of entry as described below. No other method of entry will be accepted.
To enter, you must have an Instagram account and be a follower of @gorillagripusa (“Gorilla Grip”). During the Entry Period, Gorilla Grip will post a prize announcement (“Prize Post”) on Instagram each day from Wednesday, December 4, 2024, through Sunday, December 15, 2023. Using your Instagram account, you must: (i) follow @gorillagripusa; (ii) tag a friend and write #GGDay[number of giveaway day] (i.e. #GGDay1, #GGDay2, #GGDay3, etc.) by commenting on the designated Prize Post. You may comment multiple times on each Prize Post by tagging different Instagram accounts.
Alternatively, you may enter by utilizing the Alternate Method of Entry outlined below.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter please send your full name and email address to gorillasocial@gorillacommerce.co. You may enter using this method only once as an alternative to the main method of entry and must provide both your full name and e-mail address. This information will only be used to contact you in the event you are chosen as a winner. You may not enter through both Instagram and alternate method of entry. You may not use multiple e-mail addresses or identities in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: One (1) potential winner will be selected each day between December 4, 2024 – December 15, 2023, by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Prize Post. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household.
PRIZES: Twelve (12) prizes will be awarded total (i.e. one (1) per Prize Post). Each winner will receive the prize or a suitable replacement item at the sole discretion of Sponsor, as noted in the chart below, which corresponds to the applicable Prize Post such winner commented on and reshared. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is noted below. Total ARV of all prizes: $251.73. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or if alternative entry form is used via email within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner's spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required as well as any further documentation or information reasonably requested by Sponsor necessary for federal, state or Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements, Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
Acceptance of the prize and/or failure to affirmatively turn down the prize in writing, constitutes permission for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, and other identifiers (“Likeness”), including, without limitation, your Instagram username, for purposes of advertising and other uses without further compensation unless prohibited by law and you hereby grant Sponsor all related consents and permissions to your Likeness, except where prohibited by law.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (DETERMINED AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
