GORILLA GRIP SUMMER QUIZ GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”) 

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hills Point Industries, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and affiliated entities, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 

HOW TO ENTER: Entries will be accepted starting on or about August 6, 2026, and ending at 11:59 PM EST on August 10, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by August 10, 2026, 11:59 PM EST. Enter via Instagram or alternate method of entry as described below. No other method of entry will be accepted.  

To enter, you must have an Instagram account and be a follower of @gorillagripusa (“Gorilla Grip”). During the Entry Period, Gorilla Grip will post a prize announcement (“Prize Post”) on Instagram each day from Thursday, August 6, 2026 through Sunday, August 10, 2026. Using your Instagram account, you must: (i) follow @gorillagripusa; (ii) tag a friend and write the name of the bundle you want to win (i.e. “Road Trip Must-Haves,” “Travel Essentials,” “Camping Gear,” or “Grilling Kit”) by commenting on the designated Prize Post; and (iii) share the Prize Post to your Instagram Stories. You may comment multiple times on each Prize Post by tagging different Instagram accounts. 

Alternatively, you may enter by utilizing the Alternate Method of Entry outlined below. 

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter please send your full name and email address to gorillasocial@gorillacommerce.co. You may enter using this method only once as an alternative to the main method of entry and must provide both your full name and e-mail address. This information will only be used to contact you in the event you are chosen as a winner. You may not enter through both Instagram and alternate method of entry. You may not use multiple e-mail addresses or identities in an attempt to circumvent the rules. 

RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: One (1) potential winner will be selected each day between August 6, 2026 through August 10, 2026, by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Prize Post.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household. 

PRIZES: Sixteen (16) prizes will be awarded total (i.e. one (1) per Prize Post).  Each winner will receive the prize or a suitable replacement item at the sole discretion of Sponsor, as noted in the chart below, which corresponds to the applicable Prize Post such winner commented on and reshared. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is noted below. Total ARV of all prizes: $277.68. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
