Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hills Point Industries, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and affiliated entities, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting on or about June 29, 2022, and ending July 2, 2022. All entries must be received by July 2, 2022, 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by taking the following steps on Instagram, please note This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered or associated with Instagram.

You may also enter by Utilizing the Alternate Method of Entry outlined below.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter please send your full name and email address to gorillasocial@gorillacommerce.co You may enter using this method only once as an alternative to the main method of entry and must provide both full name and e-mail address. This information will only be used to contact you in the event you are a winner. You may not enter through both Instagram and alternate method of entry. You may not use multiple e-mail addresses or identities in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

4. Prizes: One winner will receive a kitchen bundle set (the “Prize”) with an approximate value of $250, or a suitable replacement item at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The Prize is non-transferable. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor within five (5) business days following the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or if alternative entry form is used via email within five (5) days following the winner selection Hills Point Industries, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required as well as any further documentation or information reasonably requested by Sponsor necessary for federal, state or Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements, Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Acceptance of the prize and/or failure to affirmatively turn down the prize in writing, constitutes permission for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, and other identifiers (“Likeness”), including, without limitation, your Instagram username, for purposes of advertising and other uses without further compensation unless prohibited by law and you hereby grant Sponsor all related consents and permissions to your Likeness.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
